Vasia Tzanakari was born in 1980. She studied English in Thessaloniki and has a Master in Translation. Her first work, Eleven little murders: Stories inspired by Nick Cave’s songs (also published by Metaichmio) was nominated for the Newcomer writer award by Diavazo literary magazine. Her translation of A room of one’s own by Virginia Woolf won the Award of the Greek Literary Translators Society.
